Lead Product Manager — Transformation & Services

Edgway is hiring a Lead Product Manager to champion customer value and outcome-oriented roadmapping. You will help clients transition from output-driven project backlogs to sustainable product management operating models.

• Formulate and communicate clear product visions, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps. • Lead continuous user research, problem discovery, and value hypothesis testing. • Prioritise backlogs ruthlessly based on ROI, customer impact, and operational feasibility. • Define and track key product health metrics and commercial indicators.

• 6+ years leading digital product management in high-growth or enterprise transformation environments. • Deep experience in service design, user research methodologies, and product analytics. • Exceptional leadership ability with cross-functional engineering, UX, and business teams.
