Delivery Manager — Digital & Agile Programmes

As a Delivery Manager at Edgway, you will create the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to succeed, balancing disciplined governance with agile responsiveness to drive complex initiatives to completion.

• Mobilise and steer multidisciplinary delivery teams across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases. • Design clear delivery rhythms, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting boards. • Proactively identify and eliminate programme risks, impediments, and cross-functional bottlenecks. • Facilitate collaborative team ceremonies and coach internal client teams on delivery excellence.

• Demonstrated track record delivering complex digital and business transformation programmes. • In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid governance frameworks. • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities. • AgilePM, Scrum Master, or MSP certification preferred.
